Small trash fire behind East 37th Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported dumpster fire near East 31st Court, close to a body shop and a refrigeration business. A small pile of trash was found burning some distance behind a nearby home, not threatening any structures. The initial report apparently came from a child caller to 911 who disconnected.
