Buffalo briefly blocks entrance to campground road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report that buffalo were blocking the entrance road to a campground near US-16A in Custer. A follow-up indicated there were still buffalo in the area but traffic was moving normally and no response was needed.
