Smoke from outside lights at Cupertino backyard

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible electrical fire was reported in a backyard at a residence near Baywood Drive in the Cupertino area after smoke was seen coming from outdoor lights near a waterfall. The situation appeared to be extinguished by the time fire crews were dispatched.
