Man reportedly hit during physical fight near Central Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call from a minor reporting that one male hit another male near Central Street, causing a nosebleed. The caller said the person who did the hitting had left the property before deputies arrived; EMS was being sent.
