Two-vehicle crash on Old Brandy Road with injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a traffic accident on Old Brandy Road in front of a store near Rochester. Two people were checked, with one ambulatory and another reporting minor neck pain. One person was transported to a hospital while the remaining occupants apparently declined EMS care.
