Dead dog reported in road on Lake Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to the (number withheld) block of South Lake Drive in Cudahy for a report of a dead dog in the road. The reporting person waited nearby in a silver Kia with hazard lights on to guide the officer.
