Verbal dispute over kittens dropped from white SUV

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded near East Marshall Road in Crows Landing for a reported verbal dispute. The reporting party said a person in a white SUV left a box of kittens in a field and then brake checked the reporting party while being followed, before the reporting party stopped following and drove to meet deputies.
