Teenage boys acting disorderly in market lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of several teenage males acting disorderly and arguing with a customer in a market parking lot off North Frederick Pike. Some of the teens were seen hanging out of a gray or blue vehicle, described as an older Acura TLX, which then left heading southbound after dropping two people at the market.
