Welfare check on person in wheelchair near highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check on a man in a wheelchair near a residential area by a highway after a caller said he should not be outside alone from a care facility. A unit familiar with him advised that they would contact his nurse and the welfare check was canceled.
