Welfare check for man with brain bleed and confusion

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check is underway for a recently released hospital patient with confusion near North 900 West, lot (number withheld), possibly walking toward Enchanted Hills on Industrial Drive. The patient has altered level of consciousness and is very confused.
