Pedestrian hit by vehicle at Oregon and First

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a reported pedestrian hit by a vehicle near the intersection of Oregon and First in Creswell. The pedestrian was conscious and breathing and appeared to have minor injuries. The vehicle reportedly remained at the scene.
