Aggressive dogs block access to medical patient

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were requested to a home near Broad Avenue in Cresson Township for a medical patient when aggressive dogs reportedly prevented responders from reaching the person. The situation was resolved after the patient came outside and some responding units were canceled.
