As discussed during the dispatch call, security at a local retail store reported a possible disorderly person leaving the parking lot toward a nearby on-ramp. The man was described as riding a bicycle with a trailer and wearing a blue sweatshirt and a backpack. One nearby vehicle was reported to have its doors left open.
