Loose dogs fighting with neighbor’s dogs

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of several loose dogs from a residence on Combs Street that reportedly broke out of a house and began fighting with a neighbor’s dogs on the neighbor’s porch. The dog owner and an officer were en route to the area.
