Suspicious men hiding behind bushes at rest stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a highway rest stop near the Spring Creek Welcome Center to check reports of three suspicious men hiding behind bushes, possibly linked to an attempted car break‑in reported the previous night.
