Juvenile kicking and screaming at West Railroad Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, an employee from Valley of the Moon requested assistance near West Railroad Avenue for a juvenile who was kicking and screaming and could not be transported. Assistance from CHP was requested at the scene near Caro Winery.
