Small fire reported in Costa Mesa marsh area

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to the Sheep Hills park area in Costa Mesa to investigate a reported fire in a marshy area near Parkview. There was some question about jurisdiction, but units continued responding to check the northeast part of the park.
