Welfare check for possible overdose at Willamette Park

Our PR is calling in reference to her daughter, (name withheld), who has some 1260 issues and substance abuse issues with alcohol and her medications.

Mom got a call from the Uber driver who was supposed to pick up Aisha at Willamette Park.

Said that she was not there for about an hour now.

Continuing her, PR is concerned that she might be intoxicated or potentially overdosing in the park due to her alcohol use.
