Harassment and vandalism to trailer behind Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported harassment incident near Spruce Avenue and NW 9th Street behind a store. A caller reported ongoing disputes with people living on the street, including yelling and someone possibly smearing feces on the caller’s trailer.
