Reckless driver in red Jeep on Highway 160

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a red Jeep Wrangler driving recklessly on Highway 160 near mile marker 53. An off-duty state patrol unit reported that the vehicle was swerving across the roadway, going onto the shoulder multiple times, and continued following the vehicle.
