Seven-month-old having difficulty breathing at Ink Head Start/child care

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched for a possible breathing problem involving a seven-month-old at Ink Child Care/Ink Head Start on 3rd Avenue, near Brewer Street and Linden Street.
