As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units responded near 280th Street by Coon Rapids for a reported 75-year-old man with apparent heart attack symptoms, including chest pain, color change, cold sweats, and vomiting, after nitroglycerin did not help. He was reported to be traveling in a gray Lexus with his wife and later lying on the ground outside the vehicle but still conscious.
