Woman in pain with breathing difficulty after fall

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medic and first responders were dispatched to a medical emergency involving a 42-year-old woman with pain and difficulty breathing near Elm Street in Coon Rapids. Another medic unit later arrived and canceled the first unit's response.
