Man injured in electric bicycle crash at cafe

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in the Converse area responded to a reported traffic crash near a cafe. It was determined to be a bicycle accident involving a man with facial abrasions and a possible broken nose. The roadway was clear and the patient was inside a vehicle when responders arrived.
