Water rescue after overturned sailboat near State Route 49

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to a possible water rescue near State Route 49 in Constantia after reports of an overturned sailboat with two people in the water wearing life jackets. It was later reported that the people appeared to have gotten back into the sailboat and out of the water.
