Sailboat overturns at marina with two occupants in water

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a sailboat that overturned near a marina in Constantia, New York. There was an initial report of two occupants in the water wearing life jackets, and later updates indicated only one person had been in the water. That person was retrieved and brought back toward the marina, and the caller later requested cancellation after the situation appeared to be resolved.
