Vehicle hits deer on Tannery Road, blocking traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported property damage crash on County Route 23 at Tannery Road, where a black Toyota RAV4 apparently hit a deer that was blocking traffic and had to be dispatched.
