Suspicious woman possibly using fentanyl reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check a report of a suspicious woman wearing black pants near the south side entrance of a location on North Grand Avenue in Connersville, Indiana, who was possibly under the influence of fentanyl.
