Suspicious woman possibly under the influence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check on a woman wearing (description withheld) near the south side entrance of a business in the (number withheld) block of North Grand Avenue in Connersville after a caller reported suspicious behavior and that she may be under the influence. Another location at a lobby on North Central Avenue was also mentioned in the radio traffic.
