Suspicious people seen climbing fences near plant

Like they're trying to scale another fence over there by Farm Jam.

RP is seeing them from that Louis Perras address.

They said there could be possibly two males, but they did lose sight of them through the trees, so they should still be behind the west side fence of the treatment plant.
