Woman assaulted and hit in head on Old Columbia Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported assault near Old Columbia Road in Columbia, Virginia. A 39-year-old woman was found conscious and bleeding from the head. Law enforcement and medical personnel were sent to the scene.
