71-year-old man possibly overdoses on Suboxone

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a medical call for a 71-year-old man with a possible overdose involving fentanyl or prescribed Suboxone near Old Highway 7 in the Columbia area. Law enforcement and multiple fire and EMS units arrived on scene, and one unit was later canceled after crews made contact with the patient.
