Police search for car after phone theft

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to look out for a black BMW with a reported military honor plate after a person allegedly stole a phone and left a business area, possibly heading toward Monroe. Units coordinated near a recreation center while attempting to locate the vehicle.
