Traffic stop finds stolen handgun on I-55 ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers conducted a traffic stop on I-55 southbound near the State Street ramp in Collinsville. A black semi-automatic Ruger 9mm pistol was checked and reportedly confirmed as stolen out of St. Louis. One person was taken into custody and the scene was later reported secure.
