Police seek speeding blue van on Highway 68

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a be-on-the-lookout for a blue box van with Tennessee plates reportedly speeding and driving recklessly on Highway 68 toward Collinsville. An officer attempted to follow the vehicle but was unable to catch up.
