Unresponsive person rescued near Hinckley Reservoir

As discussed during the dispatch call, rangers and EMS responded to a medical emergency near the day use area at Hinckley Reservoir, where a patient was reported unresponsive but breathing while awaiting ATV transport. In a separate call, officers checked on a possible domestic dispute involving a man and woman arguing in a vehicle near local stores.
