Stroke patient feeling lightheaded with tingling limbs

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to a medical emergency for a male patient at an apartment near Fourth Street. The patient has a history of stroke and seizures and is experiencing lightheadedness with tingling in his right arm and foot. Emergency personnel were advised to access the apartment from the back side up the hill.
