Welfare check on caged rooster without food or water

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a possible animal welfare concern involving a rooster reportedly kept in a cage without food or water at a location near Goldfinch Road, after a caller said the bird is usually loose near a church and may be aggressive.
