Hazardous materials leak reported at Echo Port of Entry

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are handling a hazardous materials leak at the Echo Port of Entry; the vehicle was moved to a designated leak/load area and the port was closed. Multiple chemicals/UN placards were reported (including UN 1263 and other acids/flammables). An on-site port agent reported a scratchy throat after being under the truck when the leak was found, with no lung issues reported at the time. Ambulance and hazmat resources were requested and the health department was notified.
