Woman reports assault at home on West Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to the area of West Street in Clute for a possible assault. A woman reported that a man had just hit her and then left, and she asked that the officer arrive without lights activated. The caller was upset and requested to speak with an officer.
