Officers check on man lying by Andersonville Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers transported and checked on a man wearing pajama pants and a black t‑shirt near Joe Owen Road and Andersonville Highway after a report of a male lying by the roadside. Another officer later located a man matching the description walking toward a nearby museum and contacted him in front of a business near Andersonville Highway.
