Deputies respond to suspicious vehicle on Plata St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a possible suspicious vehicle parked on Plata Street in Clinton, Maryland. A caller reported a gray Toyota covered with a tarp and missing license plates near their residence. A man described as around 35 to 45 years old, wearing a black coat, was seen leaving the vehicle and entering another one before driving away. The caller said the man appeared disoriented.
