Child reports siblings pinching her at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home near Camanche Avenue after a 911 hang-up about a ten-year-old girl reportedly being pinched by her siblings. State patrol also spoke with a child at the home and were told the mother was asleep.
