As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to Erlanger Primary Care near Holiday Inn Expressway in Cleveland for a female patient experiencing difficulty breathing. The patient’s oxygen level was reportedly low despite supplemental oxygen. A doctor requested transport to the emergency room. The patient had recently received breathing treatments at home following prior ER visits.
