Received another call from another party to the end that. The suspect is being blocked in due to them possibly being intoxicated. I did hear the call taker and tell the caller multiple times to not try to block in the party, especially they're being aggressive. Received another call, given the same information, it was three vehicles blocking our suspect. We also received a call from 105 and Lorraine for two vehicles that were hit by a gray van. Suspect is an older white male with the fear. The MS was notified 1134 seconds.
