Fire alarm at assisted living facility on NC 150

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported high life hazard fire alarm at an assisted living facility on North Carolina Highway 150. Smoke was reportedly coming from a bathroom in one of the halls. Crews found burning trash, advised an occupant about what could be burned, and confirmed the fire was out, with nothing showing from the outside of the single-story nursing facility.
