Coughing route to a suspicious person in progress Hillcrest Villas 2,4862. It was 919 north. (Name withheld) now that lives across the street was locked out of her unit and is now trying to get entry through a window. The caller is certain that (name withheld) lives there but seems to have possibly been removed from the unit. (Name withheld) was banging on the window for about 20 minutes trying to get let back in to be a white female with white pajamas. The caller is going to be at building 33 of where (name withheld) lives and it's right across the way. She's not exactly sure at that building number.
