As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews were dispatched to a home near South Pine Street in Clearmont for a reported medical emergency involving an unconscious, non-breathing 65-year-old man with no pulse. The reporting party indicated the man had been battling cancer and refused to perform CPR.
