Guest locked out of room over payment demand near Lake Country Inn

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a motel near US Highway 18 in Clear Lake for a reported civil dispute. A caller said he was locked out of a room and told he must pay money to get his belongings back and planned to wait in his vehicle in the parking lot.
