Man feeling suicidal after conflict with sister

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near West Avenue in Clayton after a man who had argued with his sister about money later called 911 and reported feeling suicidal. Medics were paged to respond due to his reported suicidal thoughts and existing illness.
